About the Role

Join our brand-new RBSCL Children's Program at Hills & Dales! As a Direct Support Professional, you'll provide compassionate support to children with behavioral support needs in a structured group home setting. You'll help each child build independence, learn daily living skills, and experience success through positive behavior supports and meaningful activities.
