They will serve as on-duty lifeguards to ensure the safety of all visitors. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND
Responsibilities
· Serve as on-duty lifeguard while maintaining full attention at all times, to ensure the safety of all visitors at the Colby Aquatic Center · Monitor the safety of patrons by enforcing facility and pool policies · Conduct rescues to help weak or injured swimmers · Administer first aid · Maintain a welcoming and open environment · Clean and maintain space as assigned by the Aquatic Director · Perform additional duties as assigned; duties, responsibilities, and activities may change at any time with or without notice Founded in 1813, Colby is one of America’s most selective colleges.
