High School Special Education Teacher (Case Manager)

The high school special education teacher (Case manager) is responsible for creating, managing, and supporting the implementation of individualized education plans (Ieps) for special education students. This includes collaborating with general education teachers, facilitating iep meetings, and advocating for the needs of students with disabilities.

Candidates must hold a current mn teaching license in special education and have at least 3 years of teaching experience. Strong skills in classroom presentation, management, and knowledge of instructional technologies are also required.
