Middle School Special Education Teacher (Case Manager)

The middle school special education teacher (Case manager) is responsible for creating, managing, and supporting the implementation of individualized education plans (Ieps) for special education students. This role includes collaborating with general education teachers and other staff to ensure effective instruction and support for students with disabilities.

Candidates must hold a current mn teaching license in special education and have at least 3 years of teaching experience. Strong skills in classroom presentation, management, and knowledge of instructional technologies are also required.
