Graduate Nurse Residency Program

The graduate nurse residency program is designed to help new graduate rns transition from student to professional nurse through training, mentoring, and support. Participants will work in various units based on their interests and unit availability.

Candidates must be graduates of an accredited nursing program and have a minnesota rn license by their start date. Less than 1 year of rn experience is required, and a bsn must be completed within 3 years of hire for st. Cloud positions.
