Education and experience
- Must be 18 years or older.
- At least one (1) year of experience working with children ages 3-5.
- A current Child Development Associate (CDA) credential or Early Childhood Degree - or the ability to obtain it within two years.
- CPR and First Aid Certification - or ready to get certified.
