- Purpose: Bring the Parent Aware coaching model to life with reliability, offering tailored guidance, handy tools, and steady support that lifts providers up.

- Connections: Get out into the community, share resources, spark partnerships, and keep referral networks buzzing.

- Organized: Keep documentation polished and on time, stay on top of trainings and meetings, and keep things running smoothly.

Education and experience
- Option 1 – Career Lattice Step 9c
- Associate degree in Early Childhood Education/Child Development (30 approved credits) OR 60 credits with 30 approved credits
- Plus: Two years of experience working with children ages 0–12 (strong preference for 0–5)
- Option 2 – Career Lattice Step 6
- 8 approved credits OR a current CDA OR NAFCC Accreditation
- Plus: 8,320 hours of verified experience on Employment tab and KCF Learning Record
