School life for Oak Hall students in these early years of development is designed to provide opportunities for children to embrace and explore their intellectual curiosities within a warm, welcoming and supportive educational environment that prioritizes character development and personal growth. If you are an educator looking to engage young learners, and to become part of a growth-oriented learning community, we are currently seeking elementary educators at various grade levels in our Early Childhood Learning Center (Preschool- Kindergarten) and Lower School (Grades 1st through 5th). A bachelor’s degree in Elementary Education or related educational field is required, with a master's degree preferred. Educators with the ability and desire to inspire and engage students with enthusiasm and creativity, and who embrace the concept of whole-child education in a mission-driven, nurturing environment, are highly encouraged to apply. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Elementary Education, required Master’s Degree, preferred A minimum of two years of experience teaching in similar position The ability to facilitate learning and provide students with the knowledge and tools to solve problems Be comfortable and adept with the effective use of technology in the learning process Possess knowledge and understanding of various learning styles and differentiated instruction Ability to inspire, engage, empower, and educate and evaluate students with vigor, enthusiasm and creativity A history of commitment to professional development and life-long learning The ability to work positively, professionally and in partnership with students, parents and faculty A high degree of professionalism, collegiality, and personal conduct both in and outside of school Ability, willingness, and judgment to communicate thoroughly, accurately, and concisely with all constituents in a school environment, both verbally and in writing Enthusiasm and commitment to the vision and mission of the
