Direct care worker - Prtf & dds cla program

The direct care worker is responsible for the care and guidance of individuals, including physical care, supervision, and personal hygiene. They also engage individuals in various activities and maintain safety and security through direct supervision.

A ba/Bs in human services is preferred along with two years of experience in the field. Candidates should have knowledge of direct care, teaching methods, and the ability to understand and resolve conflicts.
