UI Health Care - Nurse Residency Program

The staff nurse will assess patient needs, develop and implement care plans, and integrate nursing theory into clinical practice. They will also coordinate the continuum of care and provide leadership to the nursing team to maintain high standards of patient safety.

Candidates must be new nursing graduates with no previous rn experience and must provide detailed information regarding their clinical rotations and internships. Successful applicants will be subject to a criminal background check and must be able to provide five professional references.
