Sonographer - Echo Lab - UI Heart and Vascular Center

The sonographer will perform a variety of adult cardiac ultrasound procedures and assist physicians with complex invasive diagnostic studies. Additionally, the role involves teaching students and fellows, maintaining equipment, and ensuring quality control standards are met.

Candidates must have completed an accredited program in diagnostic medical sonography or a related health science field combined with a formal sonography program. Registration by the ardms in diagnostic cardiac sonography is required within nine months of hire, and bls certification is required by the start date.
