Preschool Lead Preschool Teacher (K3) 2025-2026

The lead teacher is responsible for creating a safe, nurturing environment and implementing a developmentally appropriate curriculum for toddlers. They also provide leadership to assistant staff and maintain regular communication with parents regarding child progress.

Candidates must have at least 2 years of experience in a licensed childcare setting and hold a cda or equivalent certification. Strong knowledge of child development principles and the ability to manage a classroom are essential.
