Direct Support Professional-Menasha, WI

Direct support professionals work directly with students to teach life skills, social communication, and daily living activities. They are responsible for implementing behavior intervention plans and maintaining accurate documentation of student progress and incidents.

Candidates must possess a high school diploma or equivalent and be at least 18 years old. Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities is preferred, along with the ability to demonstrate appropriate behavioral judgment.
