Lead Childcare Teacher

The lead teacher is responsible for preparing and implementing developmentally appropriate lesson plans while maintaining a safe and organized classroom environment. They must also manage parent communication, conduct child assessments, and facilitate parent-Teacher conferences.

Candidates must be at least 18 years old with a high school diploma or ged and at least one year of experience. The role requires the ability to pass background checks and the physical capacity to lift up to 40 lbs and work actively with children.
