Lead Childcare Teacher

The lead teacher is responsible for preparing and implementing developmentally appropriate lesson plans and maintaining a safe, organized classroom environment. They must also manage child assessments, maintain portfolios, and establish professional rapport with families through regular communication.

Candidates must be at least 18 years old with a high school diploma or ged and at least one year of relevant experience. The role requires the ability to pass background checks and meet physical demands such as lifting up to 40 lbs.
