Head Lifeguard

The head lifeguard is responsible for scheduling, training, and supervising lifeguard staff while ensuring a safe environment for pool participants. They also perform administrative tasks and maintain accurate safety and chemical statistics in compliance with regulations.

Candidates must hold a high school diploma or equivalent and possess or be willing to obtain red cross aquatic certifications including lifeguard, cpr, first aid, and aed. Proficiency in microsoft office and database software is required along with strong interpersonal and teamwork skills.
