Job description

  • Liberty POST is currently seeking motivated and energetic School Based Occupational Therapists (OT) for per diem employment to work with children in a public-school setting through CSE.
  • Immediate positions are available.

Duties and Responsibilities

Assess, monitor and track child’s progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly using our Electronic Medical Record system Conduct Occupational Therapy sessions for children with various diagnoses Provide school-based services Effectively organize and maintain confidentially of child’s records and other documentations. Follow all state laws and regulations as it pertains to Early Intervention

Qualifications, Knowledge and Experience

Licensed Occupational Therapist in the State of New York required. Knowledge of New York State laws/regulations in regard to Occupational Therapy. Minimum of two years of experience working with children is preferred. A valid driver's license and proof of car insurance. Great interpersonal and communication skills.
