Job Developer

The job developer supports a caseload of students by guiding them through career exploration, job readiness training, and internship placements. They are also responsible for developing business partnerships and monitoring student progress toward employment and educational goals.

Candidates must hold a bachelor's degree in education, human services, or a related field and possess at least three years of relevant experience. A valid driver's license and strong communication skills are also required for this role.
