The instructor facilitates student learning through high-Fidelity simulation, clinical demonstration, and evidence-Based teaching strategies. They also provide constructive feedback, evaluate clinical performance, and assist in maintaining lab operations and supply inventory.

Candidates must hold a master of science in nursing (Msn) and an active, unencumbered rn license in the state of indiana. A minimum of two years of professional work experience is required, with preference given to those with experience in distance education and simulation-Based learning.
