Integrated Career Coach-Mosaic Center

The integrated career coach supports the economic mobility of youth and adults by guiding them through career choices, employment, and training opportunities. They conduct individual coaching sessions, monitor participant progress, and collaborate with community partners to remove barriers to employment.

Candidates must possess a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience along with 3-5 years of relevant professional experience. Strong skills in coaching, project management, and communication are required, as well as the ability to work independently and remotely.
