Behavior Technician / RBT - Richmond ABA

The behavior technician provides one-On-One therapeutic support to children with autism or similar disabilities in home or clinic settings. Responsibilities include implementing service plans, collecting behavioral data, and maintaining accurate documentation in compliance with regulatory standards.

Candidates must possess a high school diploma or ged and be eligible to obtain registered behavior technician (Rbt) certification. A valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and the ability to pass a competency assessment are required.
