The 1
1 behavior aide is responsible for providing constant support and supervision to a student with an identified disability in a classroom setting. This includes assisting with academic and behavioral goals, data collection, and fostering positive relationships.
Requirements summary
A high school diploma or ged is required for this position, with a preference for candidates with collegiate education in behavioral science or related fields. Experience working with at-Risk youth or individuals with disabilities is also preferred.
