1 behavior aide is responsible for providing constant support and supervision to a student with an identified disability in a classroom setting. This includes assisting with academic and behavioral goals, implementing strategies for positive behavior, and maintaining communication with school personnel.

A high school diploma or ged is required for this position, with a preference for candidates with experience working with at-Risk youth or individuals with disabilities. A valid driver's license and reliable personal cell phone are also preferred.
