Floating Therapist

Provide individual, group, and family therapeutic services to youth in residential programs while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team. Manage caseloads, maintain clinical documentation, and coordinate treatment plans to ensure a safe and supportive therapeutic environment.

Requires a master's degree and a current license or pre-License status (Asw, lcsw, amf, mft, psych assistant, phd, or psyd) with the california board. Candidates must demonstrate proficiency in clinical writing and have experience working with youth and caregivers.
