Family Youth Partner - FFAST

Provide culturally resonant and trauma-Informed support to youth and families involved in the foster care system using lived experience. Act as an advocate in child and family team meetings while maintaining accurate case records and facilitating community-Based support networks.

Requires a high school diploma or ged and eligibility as a california medi-Cal peer support specialist. Candidates must possess a valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and the ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends.
