Specialist - CCP

The incumbent provides support to families in the child care partnership program by developing family partnership agreements and facilitating access to community resources. They also manage child health records, track attendance, and collaborate with staff to ensure the delivery of comprehensive social services.

Candidates must possess an associate or bachelor degree in social work, sociology, psychology, counseling, or a related field. Previous volunteer or work experience in the social service field is required.
