Family Advocate-Center Based

The incumbent assists families in achieving self-Sufficiency by developing family partnership agreements, making necessary referrals, and providing ongoing follow-Up contact and support. Responsibilities also include collaborating with service providers to ensure children receive required screenings and tracking health services.

A minimum of an associate degree or bachelor degree in a related field like social work, sociology, or psychology is preferred, but an equivalent combination of education and experience is accepted. Required experience includes volunteer and/Or regular work in the social service field, along with knowledge of social work principles and strong collaborative and analytical skills.
