Service Coordinator

The service coordinator processes referrals, conducts screenings, and manages client files while coordinating essential meetings like ifsp and iep. They act as a liaison between families, healthcare professionals, and community programs to ensure timely service delivery.

Candidates must hold a bachelor's degree in a field such as early childhood, psychology, or social work and successfully complete a background clearance. Excellent communication skills and the ability to travel for meetings and training are required.
