Speech-Language Pathologist Opportunity – North Carolina School-Based Role

We are currently working with a school district near Charlotte, North Carolina to identify a dedicated and enthusiastic Speech-Language Pathologist for the remainder of the school year. This is a great opportunity for clinicians who are passionate about supporting student communication and want to be part of a collaborative and supportive school environment.
In this role, you will work closely with classroom teachers to integrate communication strategies into daily instruction, helping students better access the curriculum and engage in learning. You will also collaborate with families to reinforce skill development beyond the classroom, ensuring consistency between school and home environments. Partnering with a multidisciplinary team, you will contribute to the development and implementation of targeted, student-centered intervention plans. Your work will help foster an inclusive school culture while supporting measurable growth in students’ communication skills and overall participation.
Requirements
Candidates must hold a Master’s degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders and be eligible for or possess a North Carolina Speech-Language Pathology license. ASHA certification (CCC-SLP) is preferred or candidates must be eligible to obtain it. Clinical Fellows (CFYs) are encouraged to apply and will receive structured supervision and support to promote professional development.
