The special education teacher will design and implement individualized education programs while delivering targeted instruction to students with diverse learning needs. They will also collaborate with general education staff, families, and service providers to monitor student progress and maintain accurate documentation.

Candidates must hold a bachelor’s or master’s degree in special education and possess a valid north carolina teaching license with a special education endorsement. Previous experience in resource, inclusion, or self-Contained classroom settings is preferred.
