Autism Specialist Trainee / Behavior Technician - Joplin

The behavior technician implements behavior analytic services and individualized treatment plans under the supervision of a board certified behavior analyst. Responsibilities include daily data collection, maintaining a safe learning environment, and providing direct support to children with special needs.

Candidates must hold a high school diploma or equivalent and complete 40 hours of paid training. Additionally, applicants must pass the rbt competency assessment, the rbt exam, and a criminal background check.
