Family Advocate-CCP

The family advocate helps families achieve self-Sufficiency by developing partnership agreements and connecting them with necessary community resources. They also manage child health records, monitor attendance, and collaborate with educational staff to support family and child development.

Candidates should possess an associate or bachelor degree in social work, psychology, or a related field, though an equivalent combination of education and experience is accepted. Previous volunteer or work experience in the social service field is required.
