Behavior Technician (RBT)

The behavior technician will deliver one-On-One in-Home aba therapy to children while following behavior intervention plans. They are also responsible for collecting data on client progress and participating in regular supervision sessions with a bcba.

Candidates must have a high school diploma or equivalent and experience working with children. A passion for supporting children with special needs and the ability to perform physical tasks like lifting and kneeling are required.
