Assistant Teacher

The assistant guide supports a mixed-Age montessori classroom by observing children's needs and assisting with individualized learning activities. They also collaborate with lead guides to maintain an orderly, engaging environment and build respectful relationships with families.

Candidates should have experience working with children in a school or childcare setting and possess a positive, collaborative mindset. An interest in learning and growing within the montessori educational approach is required.
