The Associate Teacher supports the lead teacher in ensuring the academic and social-emotional growth of students through small group instruction and classroom management. They are responsible for implementing lesson plans, monitoring student behavior, and collaborating with staff to meet individual student needs.
Candidates must hold a Bachelor's degree and demonstrate cultural competence and a commitment to diversity. Prior experience in an urban school setting is preferred, along with the ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
