BB Camp Junior Counselor

The primary role involves leading and supervising a group of campers throughout the day, ensuring their safety and well-being while fostering positive relationships. Responsibilities include planning and implementing age-appropriate activities, enforcing camp rules, and addressing behavioral issues using positive reinforcement.

Candidates must have a love for working with children and be entering their junior or senior year of high school. Formal or informal childcare experience is preferred but not required, and the role demands physical stamina for constant supervision and exposure to outdoor elements.
