Pre-K Lead Teacher

The lead teacher is responsible for creating a safe, nurturing learning environment and implementing age-Appropriate activities to foster child development. They must also collaborate with parents and colleagues to ensure a holistic educational experience while maintaining classroom organization and safety standards.

Candidates must be at least 18 years old with a high school diploma or ged and a minimum of two years of experience in a structured childcare setting. A strong understanding of child development and the ability to pass a background check are required.
