Board Certified Behavior Analyst BCBA

The bcba will conduct functional behavior assessments and develop individualized, evidence-Based treatment plans for children with autism. They are also responsible for supervising rbts, providing parent training, and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated care.

Candidates must hold an active bcba certification and virginia state licensure, along with a master’s degree in applied behavior analysis, psychology, or a related field. At least one year of experience working with children on the autism spectrum is required, though new graduates with strong training support will be considered.
