Before and After School Counselor

The school age counselor is responsible for delivering the school age program to an assigned group of students, ensuring the highest quality service by welcoming, connecting, supporting, and engaging all members and guests. Key duties include direct supervision, behavior management, safety oversight, maintaining records, preparing materials, and actively participating in organized games and activities.

Candidates must be a minimum of 18 years old with a high school diploma or equivalent and six months of experience working with children. Required certifications include cpr/First aid/Aed/O2 within 30 days, and satisfactory completion of various background checks is mandatory.
