Assistant Swim Team Coach

The assistant swim team coach is responsible for teaching swimming techniques and pool safety while creating a positive, character-Developing atmosphere for youth. They must plan practice workouts, maintain a safe pool environment, and communicate effectively with parents and team members.

Candidates must be at least 18 years old and possess previous competitive swimming experience. Required certifications include lifeguard, cpr/Aed, and first aid, with additional safety and coaching certifications required upon hire.
