What You’ll Do Provide 1:1, center-based ABA therapy to children (18 months–10 years) Implement treatment plans under BCBA supervision Collect and record behavioral data Support skill development, communication, and social interaction Participate in training, supervision, and team collaboration Maintain a safe, clean therapy environment Pay & Career Growth Hourly Pay: Entry Level: $15.00/hr RBT I–V: $16.00–$20.00/hr Senior RBT: $21.00/hr Future BCBA Career Path: ABA Intern → Lead RBT → ABA Apprentice → BCBA → Clinical Leadership What We’re Looking For Required: High school diploma or GED Reliable transportation to the clinic Strong communication and organizational skills Willingness to obtain RBT certification within 60 days (if not certified) Preferred: Active RBT certification Experience with children, autism, or developmental disabilities Backgrounds in childcare, education, behavioral health, or related fields
