- We are looking for passionate individuals to join our team across the Contra Costa region, CA.
- We are currently hiring both Behavior Technicians and Registered Behavior Technicians!
- Position: Behavior Technician (BT) – Bilingual Spanish-Speaking & Non-Bilingual Candidates Welcome Locations: Multiple openings throughout Contra Costa. (Antioch, Pittsburg, Brentwood) Setting: Hybrid – In-Home & In-Center Schedule: Part-Time Monday through Friday from 3:00 PM – 8:00 PM Saturdays from 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM. (preferred) Why choose BTA?
- Competitive Pay: $25 - $28 per hour.
Requirements
Own reliable vehicle Valid driver’s license Active car insurance High school diploma or equivalent Incredible Bonuses: All bonuses are added on top of your base hourly rate! +$10/hr for weekend sessions (Saturdays). +$5/hr for Monday–Friday sessions starting at 6:00 PM or later.
