Inclusion Coach

The inclusion coach provides consultation, coaching, and technical assistance to head start staff to support children with developmental delays or disabilities. They also collaborate with the inclusion coordinator to develop and revise policies and service plans in accordance with program standards.

Candidates must hold a bachelor's degree in early childhood education, psychology, social work, or a related field. Additionally, three years of experience teaching in an early childhood education program and working with families is preferred.
