WFS Job Coach - Ponderay, ID - Part-time/Hourly

The job coach provides participant assessment, training, and coaching to support job readiness and independent functioning. They also supervise participants at various work locations and maintain accurate case documentation and data reports.

Candidates must have a high school diploma or ged and a valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Experience working with individuals with disabilities or disadvantages is preferred, and the ability to pass a background check is mandatory.
