Program Leader (Balboa ASP)

The program leader is responsible for developing and implementing academic and enrichment activities for high school youth at the balboa high school after school program. They will also provide tutoring, manage classroom behavior, and maintain positive relationships with students, families, and school staff.

Candidates should have a bachelor's degree or at least 48 college units, along with experience in youth development and enrichment activity planning. Proficiency in classroom management, conflict mediation, and basic office technology is highly desired.
