Social Worker (LISW) or Clinical Counselor (LPCC), Harrison Elementary School

The social worker or clinical counselor will perform psychosocial assessments, provide supportive counseling, and develop treatment plans to improve patient emotional coping. They will also collaborate with the interdisciplinary healthcare team to identify resources and facilitate family-Centered care meetings.

Candidates must hold a master's degree in clinical counseling or social work and possess at least 2 years of relevant work experience. A valid lpcc or lisw license in the state of ohio is required for this position.
