School Based Dependently Licensed Therapist (LSW or LPC), Southwest School District

Responsibilities include performing psychosocial assessments, collaborating on treatment plans, and providing psychosocial interventions such as supportive counseling and self-Management support to patients and families. The role also involves interdisciplinary collaboration, resource identification, and crisis assessment and intervention.

Candidates must possess a master's degree in social work or clinical counseling and have at least 2 years of related work experience. A valid lsw or lps license in the state of ohio is required, and further clinical licensure or training may be necessary.
