Camp Nature Program Leader

The program leader is responsible for planning, implementing, and leading safe, developmentally appropriate activities for youth in a specialty program area. They must also cultivate a positive, nurturing environment while collaborating with camp staff to ensure camper safety and character development.

Candidates must have a high school diploma or equivalent and possess strong organizational and group management skills. A minimum of 3 years of experience in a day camp environment and a background in recreation or physical education are preferred.
