Residential Advisor

The residential advisor will direct and assist with dorm activities while monitoring the facility to ensure student accountability. They are responsible for supporting students with daily living stresses and maintaining accurate activity logs.

Candidates must possess a high school diploma or equivalent and demonstrate strong leadership and conflict intervention skills. Applicants must also be able to perform physical tasks such as lifting up to 30 pounds and patrolling uneven terrain.
