Residential Advisor, Substitute

The residential advisor directs and assists with dorm activities while monitoring the facility to ensure student accountability. They also provide support to students regarding daily dorm life and maintain accurate activity logs.

Candidates must possess a high school diploma or equivalent and a valid driver's license with a good driving record. Strong leadership, conflict intervention, and communication skills are required, along with the physical ability to patrol grounds and lift up to 30 pounds.
